Swine flu has become recently the
most wide spreading epidemic. Mohamed Al Othman ,blogger, writes about
ass flu projecting his story on the pathetic political and social status.

Ass flu has special symptoms as Al
Othman lists them: " ass flu patient takes assy decisions, the
thief is ruled innocent and the honest man is denounced as a thief.
Crooks are promoted to preach people. Idiots become politicians and
black is seen as white. Apples are called oranges, bananas are
zucchinis .

All facts are reversed, this is the
case in all Arab countries.

Anger in Algeria at the seven monks case

Said Benjebli

20/7/2009

Most Algerians support the official stand, even the leader in the Islamic group Abdul Haq Liada said the group has killed the monks. Algerian parties resented the national sentiment stir up done by France. Milod Sherfi , spokesman of the national democratic congregation , declared to the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA, that this campaign led by France to remind of this incident that happened in Madia city ,110 km  from the capital, is a an intention from Algeria to France of its bloody history .

Sharfi explained further that bringing up this issue in a moment France is eager to boost mutual relations , however some French entities would hinder this step. Sharfi wonders about the link between this campaign against the Algerian army and persistence of Algeria tp prove and document the crimes of the French occupation.

Plan

Electing  a committee aiming to
organize efforts and submit a letter to the parliament head  and
copies to presidential candidates requesting to ensure independence
of Tunisian judiciary.

The committee expected life time is from
27/7/2009 to 1/9/2009, deadline for submitting the letter. The election
are expected to run on Facebook. Any Tunisian has the right to nominate
himself. The Support Legitimate Bureau Of The Judges Association petition
signing campaign is running in parallel with the committee election.

The committee members abroad will collect
signatures one petition to support Tunisian judges. Considering the
potential harassment of the autocratic government to the committee,
and in stead of forming a committee of judges and experts to draft
the letter, we will ask the expelled judge Moktar Al Yehawy. He has
the right to choose any judge to assist him. It is to be noted that

he Decision Of International Arbitrating Court Concerning Ebbi Borders, Is It A Call For Civil War ?

21/7/2009

UN official in Sudan
accused armed forces of South Sudan of trespassing into the Ebbi region
rich in oil. Both north and south armies have reached an agreement,
with UN as a mediator,  not to engage in that self-ruled region.

The two armies clashed
in May 2008 ; the border line of Ebbi is an extremely sensitive area
, one which was not settled in the peace talk of 2005. The two parties
referred to the arbitration court in Lahaye  in 2008 and both promised
to accept the verdict which is expected on 22/7/2009. However the verdict
may stir up dust in this extremely rich in oil region. As per the UN
official , the armed group are beginning to retreat. The question remains,
will the struggling parties accept the arbitration verdict?

Consumer protection laws
lost in Gelfa

Before starting our tour
in markets and cafes of Gelfa , we have to look for the law governing
the markets and protecting the the client and his health. The law proves
to be sound , concrete and accounts for every detail. But reality is
as ugly as Gelfa markets and cafes . they are extremely unhealthy and
very far from being compliant  with  any law.

Eventually , the citizen
has no choice but to give in to market law ..chaos law as a result of
utter absence of civil society protective bodies and of official institutes
that should strictly implement the law in favor of the subjugated citizen.

Tragedy start

On the evening of 26/3/1996 , a group of armed Islamists in Algeria, kidnapped 7 Christian monks from Tibrihine monastery , 90 km from the capital. It was built in the 19th century.

In 26//41996 , the armed grouped announced, led by Gamal Zaituni,  its responsibility of kidnapping the monks and requested exchanging them for Islamist activists, and threatened ," release the Islamists, we release the monks otherwise we kill them".

On 21/5/1996 , the monks were found slain and in 23/5/1996 the Islamic group announced it executed the monks and accused the French government of "disrespecting" the negotiations. In 26/7/1996, the Islamist group leader was killed in an armed fight.

That is not the end of the tragedy , the monks are dead , but the case is a living witness of the dark sides in the Algerian French relations

The Governor And The Wish Fountain

I
have never seen an official who is not fond of gardens ,fountains and
happy little children like the governor of Gelfa. For the first time
I see a governor who is day dreaming and turning a blind eye on
poverty , misery and oppression ,that is the governor of Gelfa.
People are starving to death on the tunes development lies and fake
numbers of projects implemented with extravagance. Pavements are
paved every single year and repaved as a tradition without real need
. Super people of Gelfa benefit from such waste and it gives them
such energy to applaud and smile.

Amen! Long Live the Leader

The
street in Egypt became as silent as a mouse. Rallies, protests and
sit-ins have retreated except for some strikes in Tanta and Suez.

It
is really surprising this oppressive attitude of the government
,crushing any movement towards changing for the better. There is also
the quota legislation that was approved in a tick stepping over more
important legislations that were postponed to the next parliament
session.

St. Abu Treika ,save your followers!

Mohamed Khaled

15\7\2009

The public opinion in
Egypt is split on many hot political , social and economic topics.

In every topic there
is more than one perspective, taking Marwa Al –Sherbiny as an example
, while some has called "martyr of the veil" and works on
rooting it , other would see this title as and irrelevant and exaggerated
emotional reaction that would stir more problems and difference of opinion.

The eccentric Egyptian
and Egyptanized (that is foreigners  living in Egypt) mentalities
would argue about almost everything , but they all agree about one thing
: Abu Treika, don't go!

Saudi Security pursuing activist

14\7\2009

The Saudi society is a model for wasting
human rights and violating international treaties. It is a viscous machine
that denies new paradigms of thought and crushes any cultural renovation.

This monstrous gear –represented in
the Saudi ministry of interior-  is so hostile to those who seek
change and are persistent to meet their aspirations of a world more
compassionate more accepting of the other.

The ministry is leading a waiving an
aggressive campaign against an activist who managed to file a case against
it accusing it of violating the law , after 30 months of imprisoning
Abd Al Rahman Al Shmairy without trial in solitary confinement. An incident
that ANHRI describes as can never possibly occur except in countries
that have absolutely no respect for law or justice.
